How-to
Publishing an Institutional Document
Uploading a PDF document such as a regulation, directive or report, publishing it on the public site and replacing the file of a published document.
Institutional documents are listed by category on the public site's /belgeler page (/en/documents in English).
You add a document as a draft first and then publish it.
Adding and publishing a document
- On the Institutional content → Institutional documents screen, press New document.
- Enter the Turkish title in Title. The English title is optional.
- Optionally fill in Category, Version and Document date.
- Upload the PDF in PDF file.
- Press Save. The document is added to the list as a draft.
- In the Actions menu of the document's row, select Publish and confirm.
The file cannot be downloaded until it has passed the virus scan. If review approval is on in your installation, send the document to review first. The steps are in Publishing with Review Approval.
Replacing the file
- Select Edit on the document's row.
- Upload the new PDF in Replace file.
- Press Save.
The file of a published document changes as soon as you save, and the change is written to the audit log.
To remove a document from the site, see Unpublishing and Deleting.
