E-mail and Templates

Setting up e-mail sending and editing the templates of the e-mails the system sends.

The server that sends the system's e-mails is set up on the E-mail tab of the Administration → Site settings screen. The Turkish and English templates of every e-mail are edited on the E-mail templates screen.

E-mails carry no submission, report or message content. They only link to the panel. Panel notifications are created even without e-mail.

In an installation where e-mail sending is turned off, the e-mails wait on the E-mail outbox tab of the System health screen. System administrators take the verification, invitation and password links from there and pass them on to the people concerned.
