Account and Security

Creating an account, passwords, two-factor authentication, sessions, your profile and notifications.

Who uses it
Visitor, Registered researcher

Everyone who creates an account enters the panel with the Registered researcher role. You can create your account yourself or activate it with an invitation sent by an administrator. If the system administrator has turned it on, you can also sign in with ORCID or your institution account instead of a password.

You manage your profile, your password, two-factor authentication and your active sessions on the Profile and Security tabs of the My profile page. Your requests under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law) are on the Privacy & KVKK tab.

Notifications about submissions, reviewing and the publishing process appear at the bell in the top bar and on the Notifications page. System e-mails carry no submission, report or message content and only link to the panel. The publications you saved on the public site are listed on the Saved publications page in the user menu.
