If you have forgotten your password, you ask for a reset link on the sign-in screen. The link is valid for 60 minutes and works once.

  1. On the sign-in screen, press the Forgot your password? link. The /en/forgot-password address opens the same screen.
  2. Enter your account's e-mail address and press Send reset link.
  3. Open the link sent to your e-mail.
  4. Enter your new password in the New password field.
  5. Enter the same password in the Password (again) field.
  6. Press Change password.
  7. Press Sign in and sign in with your new password.

When your password changes, your sessions on all devices are signed out, and you receive a notification. If you have not verified your e-mail address yet, the reset link verifies it too.

  • The screen shows the same message even if the address is not registered in the system. This way nobody outside can tell which addresses are registered.
  • When you ask for a new link, the previous link becomes invalid.
  • Reset and verification e-mails are sent to an address at most three times an hour.
  • In an installation where e-mail sending is turned off, the screen says so. In that case the system administrator creates a one-time reset link for you.

If the link does not open, see The link in the e-mail is invalid or has expired.
