The buttons for the Ministry steps are missing
The Ministry officer list and the request's status when the Sent to the Ministry, Fill with the extension, Enter the ISBN or Ministry returned it buttons are missing.
The buttons for the steps at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism depend on the request's status and on the list of Ministry officers. Check the causes below in order.
You are not a Ministry officer
If Ministry officers are listed in the site settings, only the people on the list record these steps. A note below the buttons says so. If you should be on the list, a System administrator adds you to the Ministry officers list on the Publisher and ISBN tab. The steps are in Entering the Publisher Settings.
The request is not in the right status
Sent to the Ministry and Fill with the extension appear only on a request that is Ready to apply. Enter the ISBN and Ministry returned it appear only on a request that is Sent to the Ministry. If the request is not approved yet, wait for the publishing board's approval.
You do not have the permission
The Ministry steps need the permission to handle ISBN requests. The Production coordinator and System administrator roles have it. A Catalogue editor and a Unit manager can only view requests.
