Downloading the Referee Dossier

The referee dossier collects the whole review process of a submission in a single PDF. TR Dizin (Türkiye's national citation index) asks for this dossier for at least 15% of the articles in each issue, and for no fewer than two articles. It also asks for the dossier of one rejected article each year.

Downloading the dossier

1. Open the submission from the Editorial → Editor queue screen.
2. Press Referee dossier (PDF) in the page header.

Editors with the permission to decide see the button. The button does not appear while the status of the submission is Submitted or Screening. You also get the dossier of a rejected submission here.

Contents of the dossier

The first pages of the dossier are a summary with a confidentiality notice:

• The summary shows the journal name, the submission number, the titles and the authors with their institutions.
• For each round it gives the names and institutions of the reviewers and the invitation, response and review dates.
• It includes the recommendations and scores of the reviewers and their comments to the author and to the editor.
• Decisions, recommendations and decision letters are listed with their dates.

After the summary come the manuscript files of each round in PDF format, the responses of the author to the reviewers and the PDF attachments of the reviews. Files in other formats are listed by name in the list of attachments. You download those from the panel.

Confidentiality

The dossier contains the names of the reviewers and is confidential. Every download is written to the audit log. Anonymising the account of a user who wrote a review in the last five years requires a second confirmation from the system administrator. Details are in Anonymising an Account.
