The Catalogue → Journals & issues screen lists the journals you may manage as cards. If your role was granted for a single journal, you see only that journal. The menu is hidden from people without the permission to manage journals.

Button at the top

New journal opens a new journal record and requires the permission to edit the catalogue. The steps are in Adding a Journal.

Journal card

Each card shows the following:

  • The name of the journal and its ISSN and e-ISSN numbers, or its short name if it has no numbers.
  • The status of the journal record.
  • A short excerpt from the scope of the journal.
  • The submission method, the peer review type and the number of issues.
  • The EN missing or TR missing label if a translation is missing.

Manage journal at the bottom of the card opens the management screen of the journal. Record details opens the page of the journal record in the catalogue and requires the permission to see unpublished catalogue records.
